Hours of Operation and Show Dates

The Show & Retail floor for Collectors/Visitors  will be open Friday 21st & Saturday 22nd  @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Set Up for Exhibitors will be on Thursday 20th from 8 am - 7pm and Friday 8 am - 9:00 am  The retail floor opens at 9:00 am. 

Raffle Tickets will go up for purchase by noon on Thursday

Contest Babies can be turned in up until 5pm on Friday June 21st Judging will begin at 7pm.

Classes will be held Wednesday & Thursday  June 19th & 20th 8am-5pm

There will be Reborning Techniques Workshops each hour throughout the show starting at 10am with a one hour lunch break from noon till 1 pm and then the last class of the day at 4pm on Friday & Saturday taught by various teachers.

Tea Party after the show on Saturday night from 7pm till we're done with snacks & beverages provided.  Raffle Drawing will be held during the Tea Party

There will be an Awards Ceremony &  Baby Shower hosted by Gia Heath, Stacey Haskins & Lisa Farmer Lovern from 8 am - 12 pm on Sunday June 23rd.

A breakfast buffet will be available for attendees as you enter the baby shower

THE DOWN EAST DOLL SHOW RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON.  THERE WILL NOT BE ANY EARLY ADMISSION FOR SHOPPING THIS YEAR THIS INCLUDES ALL OTHER EXHIBITORS AS WELL.  PLEASE RESPECT EVERYONE'S NEED TO HAVE THAT TIME TO SET UP THEIR BOOTHS & TABLES.

All Booths come with one 8 ft table and 2 chairs.  All tables come with 2 chairs.  All tables are skirted and draped on top.  If you need extra chairs, or electricity in your table or booth space you must order that separately below.
